Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Pipebot (“the Service”), operated by Pipebot (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Pipebot is a cloud-based platform that enables users to create, manage, and execute AI-driven workflows. The Service includes the web application at app.pipebot.io, the API at api.pipebot.io, and related infrastructure.

Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Organizations

Accounts belong to organizations. The organization owner controls access, billing, and data for all members. By inviting members to your organization, you grant them access to your organization's workflows and data according to their assigned role.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive activities unrelated to workflow automation
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission

Workflow Data and Content

You retain ownership of all workflow definitions, data, and content you create or process through the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process this content solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of all content processed through your workflows, including data obtained from third-party integrations.

AI and Automation

The Service uses artificial intelligence to process tasks within your workflows. AI outputs are generated based on the instructions and data you provide. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs, especially in workflows that affect critical business processes.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. The human-in-the-loop features are provided to help you maintain oversight.

Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage beyond your plan's included limits may incur additional charges as described in our pricing page. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and for all charges incurred under your account.

We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pipebot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pipebot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the application settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for export, after which it will be deleted.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
