What counts as an execution?: An execution is a single run of a workflow from trigger to completion. If a workflow has 10 steps, that's still one execution. Re-runs and manual triggers each count as separate executions.
Can I switch plans at any time?: Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?: Yes. Pro and Business plans include a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card required to start.
What happens if I hit my execution limit?: Active workflows will pause until the next billing cycle. You'll receive a warning at 80% usage. You can upgrade at any time to resume immediately.
Do you offer annual billing?: Not yet, but it's on the roadmap. Annual plans will include a discount when available.
Can I export my data if I leave?: Yes. You can export your workflow definitions, execution logs, and account data at any time from your organization settings.
