Workflow Data
Workflow definitions, execution logs, and data processed by your workflows are stored on our infrastructure. This data belongs to your organization and is isolated from other tenants.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or bank account details on our servers. Stripe may collect and store this information in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Technical Data
We collect standard technical data including IP addresses, browser type, device information, and referring URLs. This is used for security, analytics, and service improvement.

Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, network isolation, and access controls. All workflow data is tenant-isolated at the database level.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Workflow execution logs are retained according to your plan tier. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities
